Happy to be a Mom!

I love this thought from President David O. McKay

"She, who can paint a masterpiece or write a book that will influence millions -- deserves the admiration and the plaudits of man. But she who rears a family of beautiful sons and daughters, whose influence will be felt through generations to come, long after paintings have faded, and books have been destroyed she deserves the highest honor that man can give, and the choicest blessings of God. In her high duty and service to humanity, she is co-partner with the Creator himself."

Green Smoothies

To go along with our Healthy Eating, I have been trying out the Green Smoothie idea. Where you make a regular smoothie of fruit and yogurt and then add Spinch, Kale or Chard or all three. You can't taste a thing! only the good stuff. Yum! Marianne loves them, and Spencer thinks green smoothies are awesome! So win win win. Thank you Blendtec, we love you!

You are lucky your kids like them! Isn't it awesome that you are adding all those good nutrients but it really doesn't take the good taste away! I just think Lance is a little freaked out by the green color! And Na and Dev - so proud of you guys to work so hard on your weight. You guys have lost a lot of lbs and you both look incredible! And Naomi cute skirt! You are so talented!

Okay, it looks nasty, but if your kids love it, then I am definetly trying it! Maybe I will make it for my kids on St. Patricks day... Good idea! And you look so great! Way to go to lose weight!

Yay! I am so thrilled to hear you've started your cute fam on green smoothies! Did I hear that right that you bought a Blendtec? We will have to discuss this awesomeness in detail. You look SO incredible, by the way. Super skinny and healthy and radiant. Way to be a hot mama!
