Happy to be a Mom!

I love this thought from President David O. McKay

"She, who can paint a masterpiece or write a book that will influence millions -- deserves the admiration and the plaudits of man. But she who rears a family of beautiful sons and daughters, whose influence will be felt through generations to come, long after paintings have faded, and books have been destroyed she deserves the highest honor that man can give, and the choicest blessings of God. In her high duty and service to humanity, she is co-partner with the Creator himself."

Traveling . . . Still

We got home a few weeks ago and since then have been Road Warriors. We got to Sacramento July 25 and spent about 10 hours at Devin's Parents house to recoup and then drove 9 hours to Idaho and spent a week and a half with my family, then drove 9 hours back to Devin's parents house and are here now. We are headed back to Utah (another 10 hourse) Next Monday or Tuesday. We are looking forward to being back to our cute little house which will feel like a mansion to us. It is the same house that we lived in last time in Provo for those who are wondering.

Small Updates:

Marianne is about a week away from sitting up and cut her first tooth yesterday! She is Just about 6 months old! Thank goodness for Ibuprophen. She is darling and sweet and has the biggest smiles.

Spencer is running everywhere he goes and is adorable. He copies everything we say and uses it in his own way. This past week he told Devin to "keep your hands to yourself", and told Grandpa "No Teasing me Grandpa", and instead of saying "No" to a question he responds "Not Today". We love this little guy and all his energy.

Pictures will come Soon!

I am happy you are back in the states! And how cool that you get to live in the same house as last time!

I can't wait to see pictures. I always use Marianne and William (the Johnson's boy) as examples of what to expect Annie to be doing at some point in the near future, so keep posting. Have a safe trip back to UT. Enjoy the no humidity for me. Ahhhh lovely Utah desert.

I can't believe you're already home from the Phillipines! Did it go as fast for you as it seemed to me? It is nice that you're getting back to Utah just as the summer is starting to end, so you can have a break from all of the stifling Phillipino heat. I will miss your international blog posts, but you'll put lots of Utah posts up to make up for it. . .right?

We miss you guys! Have a great year finishing up at BYU!
