Happy to be a Mom!

I love this thought from President David O. McKay

"She, who can paint a masterpiece or write a book that will influence millions -- deserves the admiration and the plaudits of man. But she who rears a family of beautiful sons and daughters, whose influence will be felt through generations to come, long after paintings have faded, and books have been destroyed she deserves the highest honor that man can give, and the choicest blessings of God. In her high duty and service to humanity, she is co-partner with the Creator himself."

Twin Falls Temple Dedication

We went up to see the Twin Falls Temple Dedicated (my home town). My brother and sister were in the youth culture celebration which was amazing. President Monson came himself to dedicate the Temple, We were thrilled to be their.

The Temple was announced in October of 2004 and finally was dedicated on August 24th. This was a very excited moment for Twin Falls. We are excited to have a temple so close to my family. We feel so blessed that we can go and perform sacred ordinaces and recieve special blessings in the temple. We are grateful that the Provo Temple is so close.

For more information about the Latterday Saint religion or our Temples contact us or look at the LDS website at www.LDS.org
